Our projects move fast and involve multiple stakeholders. This role ensures Hello Robo delivers on time, within scope, and with clarity—keeping both clients and our team aligned every step of the way.

• Planning & Prioritization → Break down projects into clear milestones, keep priorities sharp.
• Timelines Management → Build and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are realistic and met.
• Scope of Work → Define, document, and maintain scope to avoid surprises.
• Client Communications → Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clients feel heard and informed.
• Cross-Team Coordination → Keep design, strategy, and marketing moving together without silos.

• 5+ years of experience in project management within design, product, in digital design agency is a must.
• Strong organizational skills—you keep teams on track without being rigid.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presence.
• Ability to balance details with the bigger picture.
• Excellent English in both verbal and writing

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of robotics or AI industries.
• Familiarity with design processes and creative workflows.
• Experience with modern PM tools (Notion, Asana, Jira, etc.).

• Small senior team, flat hierarchy, big ownership.
• We meet once a year in different parts of the world to connect, plan, and reset.
