Our interfaces aren’t static—they’re living, breathing systems. Every transition, hover, and microinteraction matters. This role exists to bring that life into our products—to make motion feel purposeful, responsive, and human.

• Crafting microinteractions and motion systems that make our interfaces feel alive and responsive
• Collaborating with designers and engineers to define how products move, react, and communicate
• Prototyping motion concepts that enhance clarity, feedback, and emotion
• Pushing the edge of how AI and robotics interfaces feel—not just how they look

• A strong sense for motion as communication—not decoration
• Experience creating microinteractions, transitions, and motion systems for digital products
• Ability to prototype ideas quickly in tools like After Effects, Principle, or Figma
• An eye for rhythm, timing, and flow—knowing when to add energy and when to hold still
• Collaboration skills to work closely with designers, engineers, and clients
• Curiosity about robotics, AI, and how motion can make technology feel more human

Nice to Have

• Experience animating logos, icons, or visual identities
• Familiarity with motion for brand storytelling and product launches
• Comfort working with 3D or physics-based motion tools
• Curiosity about how motion can make interfaces breathe, signal, and feel alive

• Weekly “Design Together” sessions with clients—zero waiting weeks for feedback.
• Twice-weekly Slack updates keep pulses steady.
• Small senior team, flat hierarchy, big ownership.
• We meet once a year in different parts of the world to connect, plan, and reset.
