Why this role exists

Hello Robo partners with ambitious AI and robotics companies that need both design leadership and execution. This role exists to bring creative direction, product thinking, and mentorship to our design team — ensuring every project is not only beautifully crafted but also strategically aligned with our clients’ goals and market impact.

What you’ll work on

Lead design direction across multiple client projects — from strategy to launch

Shape and refine our design process for efficiency and collaboration. Making design

Partner with founders, PMs, and engineers to bring clarity to complex problems

Mentor designers and help them grow their craft and confidence

Push the creative and product quality bar higher, every weeka

Ability to conceptualize V1 to Vision design.

What you bring

Proven experience in a product design or digital agency environment.

Deep understanding of UX, product systems, and brand integration.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 20+ designers and guiding client conversations.

Ability to build design infrastructure, rituals, and systems that scale.

You may not be the flashiest designer, but you know how to bring out the best in others.
